Can I still use Noteshift?
Not right now. Sign-up, login, and music generation are switched off. The free music theory tools on this site still work, and if you're interested in Noteshift itself, use the form at the top of this page.
I had an account. What about my music?
Links to music you shared still open. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email privacy@noteshift.ai.
How good is the AI-generated music?
The AI generates musically coherent notation with proper voice leading, key signatures, and style-appropriate patterns. It's designed as a starting point — you can always edit and refine the output.
What formats did it export?
PDF for printing, Audio (WAV) for demos, MIDI for DAWs, and MusicXML to open in Finale, Sibelius, MuseScore, and other notation software.
Who owns the music I created?
You do. Everything you created with Noteshift is yours to use however you like — perform it, publish it, sell it. No attribution required.
